Flat bend test according to DVS  2203, part 5, at pipe segments up to a wall thickness of s = 30 mm.

Due to its handy construction, the testing apparatus is ideal for on-site use. Consisting of control unit and hydraulic fixture for tensile.

The apparatus is travel-controlled, of easy operation and has a clearly readable display. Testing rate, force measuring range and testing method (tensile or bend test) can be adjusted separately. The force is shown in the display during the test. At the same time, the force-time-diagram can be printed out on a common printer. On this diagram the date and time of the test, tensile rate and the measuring range are also logged.
The print out of the last recorded diagram can be repeated with the possibility to spread the representation of the force.
